Research continues to highlight that healthy kids learn better and there’s a need to provide effective, comprehensive sexuality education to young people. This presentation will describe trainings and programs that NDE staff offer that provide the information, tools and skills necessary to build local capacity to develop a Sexual Health Education framework to address knowledge and skills of sexual health, teen pregnancies, HIV/STDs, bullying and dating violence and other identified health-related needs.
